General maintenance
All maintenance requests must be made in writing with photos to admin@jpmqld.com.au
When reporting an issue, please include as much detail regarding the issue including location, brand of appliance and if possible, provide photographic evidence. Upon receipt of your email, your property manager will make contact with the landlord and see approval to arrange the relevant contractor. Please do not wait until the next routine inspection or think its only small so its not worth reporting yet. Sometimes the smallest of maintenance can turn into significant repairs if not reported as soon as you notice there could be a problem. The owners will be grateful you are looking after the property and can authorize repairs if and when required.
Should the issue require immediate attention, for example a hot water unit issue, please contact us on 0422 042 482.
