INFORMATION FOR CURRENT TENANTS
Office Hours
Our office is virtual and open from Monday to Friday between 9am - 5pm. On Saturdays our staff are conducting property opens.
Electricity, Gas and Telephone
All are the responsibility of the tenant unless noted in the Special Terms and Conditions on your current tenancy agreement. Should you require assistance with connecting these utilities please do not hesitate to contact us.
Water
Water services remain in the owners name. If the property is individually metered tenants may be responsible for part or full water consumption. If the property is not individually metered tenants are not responsible for water consumption.
Rental Payments
Your tenancy agreement states the amount of rent required to be paid each week. It always best to set up a direct debit the day before rent is due to ensure the payment is processed and received by the us. You will receive a rent receipt once payment has been received in our trust account. This rent receipt also advises your paid to date. Should you have any questions please email us for a copy of your current tenant ledger.
Bond Payments
Bond is due on or before your lease commencement date. We recommend you pay the full bond amount directly to the RTA QLD via the link below

Pay the total rental bond for your tenancy by credit card, debit or BPAY when paying directly to the RTA. Please note, payment by credit/debit card will generate a real-time payment receipt which can be used to confirm your bond has been lodged. Payment via BPAY will NOT generate a receipt at the time of payment.
Once your payment has cleared, an acknowledgment of rental bond containing a bond number will be sent to all parties listed on the bond lodgement including JPMQLD.
